I thought I moved to a cold country! It is already the last day of November and the weather is still warm. It is windy as well as you can see. When can we use this ice rink?
We have the same problem in Ottawa every year with the Rideau Canal. It's the longest skating rink in the world but weather has to be cold enough for people to skate on... and some years it doesn't happen until February!
