Time for a walk
I really love snow. Especially when it's sunny, I like to go for a walk and watch people, let the time goes by. I think, this dog likes snow too!

Nation's Pride
Every corners in this country, one could easily find Tim Hortons - Canada's largest fast food service. It was founded by Canadian hockey player Tim Horton and Jim Charade in 1964. Famous for its coffee, donuts and clean toilet! I don't drink coffee, so you know what I go in for.

Nothing last forever
A steel lamp pole came down on Princess street, shattered lamps looked like broken egg's shells. There was no snow, storm nor nature disaster that would damage the pole. Perhaps, something hit it so hard, or it was just an old age pole that reached its time, ...just like anything else on the planet?

Happy New Year
Wicked snow are blowing in every directions. I love to watch this white fluffy stuff coming down from the sky, and can even sit for hours by the window just to look outside, let the time goes by.

Christmas Shopping!
I don't really like shopping. Especially, when there are crowd of shoppers almost every corners in whichever shop you go. We decided to go shopping after Christmas to get something for ourselves, but is it better if we go on a boxing day! ;)

Do you like going to school?

I had a chance to visit the Frontenac County Schools Museum for a Christmas Concert. The schoolroom set in the style of a one-room rural school house in the 1900-1930 era. The desks and artifacts were collected from the schools which at one time dotted the countryside. It was for the first time in years that I felt like going back to school again, but it has to be this kind of school. More info about the school can be found here the Frontenac County Schools Museum.

Sunset
This picture is shot through a sheer curtain. It is still sunny in the beginning of December in Kingston, Ontario. I'm wondering how many suns do we have?

Prepare for the cold
There are few poles on Princess st. for bikers to lock their bicycles. Cute idea and lovely colours. But..., could they get cold?

Skate, shall we?
The rink is opened and temperature is below zero! When we saw some snow left on the ground, we said to each other, "Finally, the winter has arrived!" Yippee!!!

Ballerinas
Strolling along Kingston downtown just for window shopping. This particular window attracted me by these two dancers. Yes, they were dancing! What a great idea to advertise a dance school. Don't you think? They nodded and smiled when I asked for permission to take pictures. Unfortunately, there were reflections on the windows.

Quiet Afternoon
Yachts and boats were long gone out of the dock as part of winter preparation. When the sun shines and the sky is blue like this, I would like to be out in water... if only I could find a boat.

Still Warm
I thought I moved to a cold country! It is already the last day of November and the weather is still warm. It is windy as well as you can see. When can we use this ice rink?

Bella
Dogsitting is not a boring job. This human's best friends keep us busy and definitely fit from walking them around few times per day. Many times, they introduce us to other dog-walkers which is a nice way to get to know more people.
